Ansel is an American actor. He’s multitalented. In 2015, he secured a record deal with Island/ Universal records under the name Ansolo. Not only does he sing under the name he is a respected Dj. Elgort was born in New York, New York, in 1994 to world-renown Vogue fashion photographer Author Elgort and opera producer and director Grethe Holly. His parents nurtured his creative side by sending him to the best performing art institutions starting with the Stagedoor Manor summer camp, which played host to many Hollywood big shots like Natalie Portman. He also attended a performing arts school in the heart of New York City.
Early Career
Elgort’s first opportunity at stardom was in an off-Broadway production titled Regrets. From there, he was featured in many notable films to include the latest rendition of the thriller Carrie (2013), the Divergent series, Baby Driver, and The Fault in our Stars.
